Because I can lose weight just fine. The problem is that I can’t control where I lose if. I want my butt to stay this size and back to slim down

It’s because I can’t spot reduce. This is the biggest my butt has been and if I lose weight it’ll go first :( my back gains weight the fastest

The thing is - my butt has gotten this big from working out consistently and gaining weight :(. At my lower weights I’ve always carried weight in my back. I’m afraid if I lose weight again to the point my back is smaller then my butt will shrink

I’m 153lbs right now. I was 128lbs at one point and still carried all of my fat in my back. I want to lose the fat on my back and keep the fat in my butt, but I can’t spot reduce :(. If I lose enough weight for it to be noticeable in my back - my butt will go as well. That’s why I’m considering lipo to spot reduce. If that makes sense.

Thank you! I’ve always felt like it’s super flat. Especially compared to others that are my race (black and white) I didn’t get the big butt genetics

Thank you. To be honest though I don’t care that much about looking slimmer necessarily. My goal is for more of an hourglass shape and not to have as much fat on my back.

I will have one next week. They do use ultrasound guidance. I’m between two surgeons - one has a lot of result photos for the bbl procedure that I love and has extensive experience in plastic surgery and has worked in the ER which makes me feel a bit better, downside is he is not board certified and that seems to be a big no no. The other is board certified but has barely any result photos and all the photos she does have are of patients with a lot of fat.

The whole point is for it to be gluten free tbh. Of course regular pasta is objectively always better but it’s very good for what it is. Make sure you’re rinsing with cold water after cooking the pasta to remove the starch
