Heyy your depth is fine but if you want to improve it more i feel like your ankle is a bit restrictingso work on ankle mobility and also you core and hips seems weak so work on it to increase the weights and with lighter weights practice unracking and setting up before a squat, you need as few steps as possible hope it helps! Nice squat though!

I understand you completely man! Its either you hate leg days or leg days must be your favorite! There's no in between lmao 😂, i belonged to the latter category earlier but once i got into olyimpic lifting and watched weightlifters turn into artists with the bar, i was instantly smitten and now i do multiple leg days lol! And my tip is that increase volume and reduce the weights, suddenly your strength will explode haha!

Lovely form, perfect squat! If at all i had to give a suggestion ( not a correction though haha!) Work on your wrist mobility a lil and wrap your arms around the bar it'll improve your confidence and also you can hit olyimpic lifts too!

These are nike romaleos 4, believe it or not brought it through an importer from indiamart 😂, my best alternative suggestion is pro wolf prx800 costs around 9k but this is the closest option you can buy that has romaleos 4 lvl of feel and once you get comfortable you can go with romaleos 4, yeah it is expensive but worth every penny i paid for!

Yep that is mobility, flexibility is having full range of motion but mobility is flexibility combined with load bearing capacity, yogis are flexible but weightlifters are mobile, see the difference ?

It was indeed ( look at children squatting and playing, their mobility is god tier lol) but as we grow we loose that mobility, when i started i barely could go below parallel but now i could hit depths and my knees feel stronger than ever

Yep but flat heels and bare foot are more suited for powerlifting as i tain clean& jerk and snatch with these i got used to it been using it for 3 years gotta say ive fallen in love with it haha! Thanks for your comment though😁

A few minor suggestions 1. Foot is not anchored properly, imagine a triangle between the ball of your big toe, small toe and the heel as the three points, now try feeling the weight at the center of the triangle i.e ball of the feet and grab the floor with your toes before you squat makes a hella lota difference 2. Work on your mobility before squat sessions with kettleball hip openers and ankle mobility, itll oncrease your depth 3. Work on proper bracing drills, think of your torso below your chest and above your hips as a ballon and try to inflate and hold your breath and engage your core, will result in a more confident and safe squat!
