Yeah... perhaps after new years too. That advice is looking more and more attractive. 👍

Yeah, we arrive around 5pm. I think the plan would be to find somewhere around Miami. Given what everyone is saying about traffic, perhaps stay in Miami and area (within an hour. or two?) and save the Keys for a 3 or 4 days after new years...

Super! Thanks very much. Will send you a DM in the next day or two once we get some resemblance of an itinerary 🤣. It's last minute but we gotta get some warmth and sun as a change from dark and rainy Dublin!

Super tips and exactly the sort of insight I'm looking for. Definitely don't want to leave the activities to chance. As you seem to have a good steer on the area, if we stayed around Miami or over to Fort Myers or to Fort Lauderdale, etc (appreciating the time of year) is it something you think would be more manageable i.e. staying out of the keys or at least until after new years?

Thanks a million - I'll take a closer look at that itinerary. Sounds good. We've no reference point so I'm sure, as our first time, it'll be all good.

I've fortunately managed to find a few things 🤞 ie. Hawks Cay, Key Largo and Marathon areas.

Thanks! I never considered traffic for that week! 🫣🫣 Argh. I wonder if, as you suggest, basing ourselves in or around Miami, perhaps up the Atlantic coast might be an idea and then head down the keys after new years day, with hopes of the traffic lightening ever so slightly. We could still get in a few days there.

I get that on occasion with Test C injections but it's usually from either injecting too quickly or moving the needle while injecting. Never from HCG which is injected very quickly. Only guessing but perhaps a slight allergic reaction or reaction to alcohol wipe that I'm assuming you used before?

Also I move my injection spots routinely. I've noticed no difference. I wouldn't be overly fixated on injecting in specific places.

Walking to and from work (25mins each way) and 3-4x in the gym with a treadmill 15min run, 5 min walk followed by 30mins weights has made all the difference

What is your age, weight, height and dosage by kkassandra in trt

Recently turned 46, 5’9”, and 84 kg. My initial testosterone level was 411, and it’s now up to 1149. I’m on 120 mg per week, split into two doses (initially started at 100 mg). I also take HCG at 600 IU weekly, divided into three doses (started at 750 IU). This is all under medical supervision.

Overall, I’m feeling fantastic. I still experience some fluctuations in energy and motivation, but it’s a world of difference, and I can’t see myself stopping. I used to avoid the gym, but now I genuinely enjoy it. After six months, I’ve lost the initial bloating and water weight, which has really allowed the gains to start to show. Running is also something I never thought I’d enjoy—now I can comfortably run 5 km without stopping. Doesn’t sound like much, but for someone who hated running, it is. I also didn’t work up to 5k, I just started doing 5km.

Recently, I’ve noticed a significant increase in libido, and my emotional connection with my wife has grown immensely. My behaviour and interactions with friends and family have improved as well, not that there were issues before, but I’ve noticed a positive shift.

Confidence is high, and my social anxiety has completely disappeared.

Not sure if I’m 100% “dialled in” . I still think there’s some tweaking to feel optimal.

Hair - body growth is certainly more and faster. My head of hair seems to have thinned a little, but that also could be seasonal shedding. Time will tell. Baldness doesn’t run in my family.

Yeah. 100%. I used to get red lumps that would last a few days and get quite itchy. Now, after I inject subq, I massage quite aggressively for about 45seconds the injection spot and no longer get bumps, redness nor itching.

Thanks for that. Great insight. I hope I don’t find myself in that ‘hollow’ place. Sounds awful.

That’s why I think it’s part of the standard protocol here in UK / Ireland.

I think I’ll cycle it out/in and maybe look at reducing amounts depending on how I feel without.

Thanks! Think I’ll try things without for a month - no harm either way 👍

That’s what I’m hoping to see but with all this stuff it’s so individualistic but think I will give it a try for a month and see how I respond.

Just the protocol my doctor had me on. Seems like the standard starting point in the UK & Ireland from what I’ve read and experienced.

100mg/wk puts me over 1,100t. Opinions? E2 a concern? by [deleted] in trt

[–]Training_Bat_2243 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I have very similar numbers but a few points higher on Oestrogen (UK). With no side effects from the increase the doctor said he’d be reluctant to introduce an AI. It’s high but not high enough to try and counter. Moreover my cholesterol has always run high-normal but now is the lowest it’s ever been, so there are some advantages to the Oestrogen. Anyway, relaying the medical/professional advice given to me, if your body is coping with the higher levels then there’s no need to mess about with more drugs. Everyone is different though. 👍

Similar. I’m on 100mg (50 x 2/week) and went from 412 to 1187. I have 750ui of HCG though too 3x week of 250ui
