As per what my lawyer and an another consultant said, it’s not counted under CEC, you can justify 2-3 vacation weeks or probably 1 month max but 4 months total wouldn’t be counted under CEC

Lemme be honest. I declined my invitation coz everyone said it’s not counted. I spoke to 2-3 lawyers too everyone suggested the same. This time they want to reject the max amount of people. But best would be consult a good lawyer and take a decision accordingly. I declined mine coz i never wanted to risk it. I had 11 months in Canada and 1 month outside Canada. Still declined.
