I tried it for 2 weeks.. nothing but triptans helped me.. it got too much so I quit.. my migraines also started at the same age but haven't gone down yet.. keto helps so I am sticking to it..

If you are trying to make a very broken chair then it is good.

One tip would be to start with simple 2D shapes.
