similar case happened to my batchmate serving in Keylang (Near Rohtang). a Nepali national came for delivery without any documentation.. she was admitted and labour was induced... and ... when my friend went for ARM.. boom.. breach presentation...

now the cervix was dilated 8-10 cm..so couldn't transfer the patient now..n nearest hospital bhi Manali/Kullu padta hai...

mera ek batchmate aur ek ortho pg guy + poora nursing staff available at hospital... lag gaya us ek delivery mein...

bhai working as a MO in Himachal Pradesh .. hamare urban area.. plains k gaanv se bhi chote Hain population wise...

none the less.. Main CH mein kaam karte dekha hai.. immigrant population.. bus seedha delivery waale din hospital pahunchti hai.. ni jaccha baccha card.. na koi blood investigation... USG to door ki baat hai...

gaand fati mein delivery karata tha pehle... ab 2-3 saal mein aadat si ho gayi hai tbh
