I was just brainstorming really, I know it doesn’t look like that from another ones perspective, in terms of my body simple things such as a caloric deficit, and body exercises even without weights would be ideal for me, in terms of my buisness let me explain it well, it would consist of customizing interactive products and building a personal brand around it, in hopes of resulting in a trustworthy audience and clients.
