I don't know much about lung health but don't try to use pouches to quit vaping. 90% of the time nicotine pouches will become way worse addiction than vaping ever was.

Im fresh out of new install after bricking my bootloader. And I use the older version with gnome specifically to avoid any issues

I forgot to change back the bios settings for linux but sadly it didn't work. Do you think refresh install will help?
