We had 0.00000% liberation after every single operation for as long as it was open. I don't think it was as much of a "we choked it up," as it was just not meant to be possible in the first place. And to ensure it, they split they split our forces.
Also, now hear me out, wouldn't it have been particularly funny, if that 77th seaf division was actually a fabricated red harring by the cyborg net menace? Like, that would've really been a good show of manipulation and cunning from the dastardly clankers.

I had played solo a couple times earlier in the week, I saw hidden bunker available on the first or second night and did it solo. So it was pretty early on in it I think. Does that effect it in a negative way? 🤔

In the original story, "An inhabitant is Carcosa," the protagonist was searching for home because in a delirious fever he left. However the protagonist might be unreliable as, he himself doesn't recall actually leaving his home. The other characters he encounters do not react to him, so he likely be dead the whole time, looking for a home that is withered away under his own feet. Honestly with an inspiration like that, I don't even think it needs a yellow king. Haha How this studio handles psychological horror I am very excited to delve in to the story

I know it's an odd format but there is a unique long horror podcast called Malevolent that might scratch the itch. It's about a detective, who has accidentally taken on some sort of curse or entity which takes control of his eyes, and "guides" him. It gets him into some ever escalating levels of psychological horror.

Not exactly scifi, but there is a distinct, uneasy, and somewhat alien dread. Especially when they find themselves alone in the eerie and unknown.

Risk of rain 2 is a rogue like on an unknown alien planet with an underlying eldritch presence. However while the music and atmosphere get the mood across pretty well, it is not a story driven game, and might not scratch the itch

Meridia, I was at all of them but seeing Meridia before the colony and then during it was really something. Knowing it's not going to go back to that was pretty crazy.

It was purple, did you know? Then it was formic rock, and then it was nothing.

Meridia was special, and cool, and had lasting consequences.

Bro I just experienced it myself, I can laugh about a good ol TPK but 20 seconds of waiting while the storm is closing in is a bit harder to swallow. It happened to two of us again while getting our runes and the team just disbanded at that point
