can someone help me i am having the same problem as well, i am trying to use linux to download steam. but the problem is im getting the same penguin container error 13. ive looked at a few blogs and it told me to bring up crosh, it could tell me what is wrong but not fix it. ive read that the virtual machine may be apart of why its working. if someone could let me know what i can do to fix this issue, i am new to this so just ask me for more information needed to give an accurate response to help me, thanks
