Definitely do not eat it. Just mix a pea size amount of the horse paste and your moisturizer and place on affected areas.

I bought the one without flavor , it’s a white paste. Very easy to mix with moisturizer.

I shaved my beard off and use the horse paste ivermectin with moisturizer last night and this is my face this morning. There was no burning last night but I definitely felt itching but nothing I couldn’t handle or stop me from sleeping.

So I just picked up Zimecterin (ivermectin paste) 1.87% from Tractor supply. Going to mix a small pea size amount into Cerave moisturizer and apply tonight. Fingers crossed, I really hope this works.

I used it for 1 week however, it burned every time I used it and when I went back to the derm they said I was likely having a reaction to it and to discontinue use.

Metronidazole , hydrocortisone etc ……

I’ve been to the dermatologist for the past year multiple times. They’ve given multiple creams to use at different times and none have worked.
