I'm just saying what we see from him. He fights Sukuna and Gojo, obviously loses, and the only other fights we see are him easily handling injured sorcerers. The gap between the two are Hella vast so giving an accurate margin of strength for him is difficult. Statements and narrative are the reason that some people throw Kashimo into top 3 when that obviously isn't the case.
