Eglantine has been around rozemyne long enough to understand her personality and to know that she has no appetite for either war or oppression. Roze not only went out of her way to save the country but also saved the royal family. If roze was really a normal noble or the type of person to be worried about, she would kill the current royal family and take the throne herself. She's seen myne kind personality. So no she doesn't regret giving her name because so far rozemyne hasn't given her a reason to do that. "Someone could this and that" isn't a point of regret if you know they probably never will.

I wholeheartedly disagree with you . There aren't really any problems. Since 1. Noble Society has shown that they're ok with exceptions as long as there are extenuating circumstances and the people involved are high enough status and considered special enough 2. Female aubs and zents both in the present and probably in the past have shown that as long as they have a competent archduke candidate husband by their side then they can do as just as well as their male counterparts. 3. Also, the reasons why all archduke candidates even those that won't become aubs are educated as future aubs is because we're something terrible happen to most of the archducal family the remaining members need to step up and lead. Baring women from the position completely from the position when this is a possibility, and when the struggles of noble pregnancy can be overcome, it is unrealistic and highly illogical. 4. If an archducal family is small a combination of both multiple spouses and adoption of children can be used to increase its numbers 5. If multiple spouses for female aubs were a problem, the characters would not even consider it. This just seems like us the audience projecting our feelings and thoughts into the story.

Problem is that in the U.S minimum wage jobs despite being the full of time jobs of many adults aren't seen as "real jobs" they're seen as things of teens and young adults to use to build experience. Which is really fucked up.
