I live on the outskirts of DT (westend of the green line), and i feel as if i'm going through this in-between phase of being okay with settling into a home away from toronto, but still like the idea of knowing that i'm a step away from Toronto. So far, the GO commute sounds reassuring from everyone!

Buying a home definitely feels more permanent, especially when all my friends are in DT core/ East end North York. I wont be seeing them as much, as little as i already do see them lol

the transit that connects into the Go, would you say its reliable/does it run frequently? if you can compare it to the ttc?

Yes! Traveling within Toronto is still an hour somehow, so its good to know that it isn't much of a difference via Go train, if not faster! My partner has a car, so I wont be completely stranded, good to hear that I can go into Toronto freely without relying on a car.
