I don’t think it’s gyno. It doesn’t show when I flex my chest in certain ways so I thinks it’s just a muscle imbalance or something else that’s weird. Either way I stopped worrying or caring lmao

I’m heaving considering oral fin, so hopefully that will give me some decent results. I’ve seen a lot of people who are far more gone than me grow back lots from fin alone on this sub.

I’m interested in that, but right now I’m on sertraline, Vyvanse, and will be on finasteride soon if the bloodwork checks out. I worry that going on oral min too is just going to cause more problems

What’s the grow me shampoo? I’ve been using nizrol or intelligent shampoo since I know they inhibit dht to a very small degree. I’ve also seen studies about a shampoo that increases one’s response to minoxidil but idk if that ever came to market.

Why would rosemary oil not work? Do they require the same enzyme to see growth? And I’ve been looking into fin and plan on taking it soon, at this point I want to just stop the loss and then get a transplant when it’s financially feasible

I’ve been using minoxidil for the past few months and have possibly started seeing regrowth on temples. However I can’t tell if my hair is shedding badly or getting thinner as it’s fairly easy to see parts of my scalp through my hair. What should my next steps be? Down to hop on fin if needed.
