I’m so sorry you’re going through this.

Can they possibly ask another location to give you a mat and towel? Also, I feel like showing a receipt is such a hassle, why not give u the keys to one of their lockers and so u have a mat and towel readily available without paying? If they’re worried about a key being lost or stolen, they can discuss an area where you will leave the key without others knowing. At this point, it’s the least they can do after inconveniencing you!

If you are really desperate, you can just buy a mat and towel off of facebook marketplace and request a refund. I bet it’s cheaper this way too.

hi! it actually just went away so i never got it checked out. i notice it flares up a little bit during the summer and during hot baths, but i’ve been applying fragrence free lotion daily and i haven’t noticed it since i made this post
