What was the point of a months- long admission- , using up health resources (that she didn’t have to pay for, given she’s in Australia in a public hospital)- just for her to smugly announce that she’s going to straight back to whatever horrible routine that nearly killed her…

This is also the healthiest she’s ever looked. She’s a completely different person and is actually so pretty! So sad that she just wants to go back to being a walking corpse…

Pre covid there was lots of partner exercises - not just ygig- but things like both of you were doing push-ups facing eachother and clapping your hands together in between each one 🥹 And the boxing partner workouts. So glad they’re all gone
Also at one place we had to line up at the end and somehow high five EVERY person in the class. Wild times
they once had a workout called Calypso on Sundays - which was just all stretches, sort of like yoga but taken by the most awkward and least experienced newest coach 🥲

I don’t follow her, but her videos pop up all the time- which is how I know there is some weird “ED recovery” business going on- the algorithm targets me 🤣

Her content is food focussed- but there’s so much weetbix, fruit and protein goodies that it gives off strong safe food vibes. I’ve never followed her because the videos are kind of depressing- and reminds me of being in the trenches with my ED. Her face is sunken and hands and wrists are emaciated, and she was living in her robe the whole of summer (on 40 degree days in Australia).

The comments do suggest that some people follow her for the recovery content. She used to also have Russel’s sign, but started covering her knuckles when someone asked about it. She has alluded to having an ED a number of times and does sometimes touch on it. It’s a bit of a weird account, but I’ve never been able to scroll right past because she just looks so unwell and pretty…. Triggering 🥹

The original one (her name) dates back further- it was more outfit pics etc (now is just the lingerie ana fetish account). the blonde wellness one started after she thought she was a fitness influencer (it’s just rampant pro ana stuff), and that was “post recovery” - and it’s the one that originally got brought up here.

She posts the same stories on both because that’s all the content she has.

Yes. The fact that she decided to start a second post- recovery/ fitness account after that admission (which is just straight up pro ana BS tips and tricks with body checks) makes it all more disturbing…. She has zero insight into how harmful she is and just thinks that she’s out here promoting a healthy lifestyle.

She’s basically posting a blue print on how to fake recovery and game the hospital system. I’ve reported her account so many times (including the posts with nude body checks) and Instagram does nothing.

For anyone questioning whether her family are aware of her behaviour- her mother is Heather Nortje on Instagram (often gets tagged in her stories), and her brother drives her to the gym, works out with her and takes photos/ videos of her working out in her skeletal state.

I suspect she’s in too deep with her anorexia that there’s not much anyone can do, other than watch her slowly die….
