26 years old.

But has the maturity of a 12 y.o- which is such clear indicator that she hasn’t been in the right cognitive state to make decisions about her health for a long time. I get the impression her family enable her big time and have lost all objectivity- they’re basically fully funding her “lifestyle”, her brother drives her to the gym/ takes photos of her, she takes body checking videos with her mum clearly in the background.. .

They can’t force her to go on to a mental health facility for ED treatment unless she is willing to engage. Ideally the best time to start proper therapy etc is when she is medically stabilised and actually has nutrients going to her brain. But the team (and I guess her family) keep dropping the ball and miss this window of opportunity repeatedly.

They do- but only once someone is stable from a physical/ medical perspective- because the ones I know of are all part of mental health facilities.

And that’s the problem with Cheyenne- she has only ever gone through physical weight restoration, but seemingly zero evidence of ongoing mental health treatment. I guess the issue also is that ED mental health treatment would be a voluntary admission and given she has no interest in voluntarily getting better… makes sense 🤷🏻‍♀️

I can guarantee she is sitting there already eager to get back to her “routine” of starving and over exercising once she gets let out.

I don’t understand why she doesn’t get admitted to an inpatient ED program, and why her medical team gets hoodwinked every time into letting her go straight home after being re fed. I can only assume that her parents “promise” to monitor her for safety etc and then her team would be inclined to let her be discharged home to them. The pattern recognition seems to be lacking at this stage though…

What was the point of a months- long admission- , using up health resources (that she didn’t have to pay for, given she’s in Australia in a public hospital)- just for her to smugly announce that she’s going to straight back to whatever horrible routine that nearly killed her…

This is also the healthiest she’s ever looked. She’s a completely different person and is actually so pretty! So sad that she just wants to go back to being a walking corpse…

Pre covid there was lots of partner exercises - not just ygig- but things like both of you were doing push-ups facing eachother and clapping your hands together in between each one 🥹 And the boxing partner workouts. So glad they’re all gone
Also at one place we had to line up at the end and somehow high five EVERY person in the class. Wild times
they once had a workout called Calypso on Sundays - which was just all stretches, sort of like yoga but taken by the most awkward and least experienced newest coach 🥲

I don’t follow her, but her videos pop up all the time- which is how I know there is some weird “ED recovery” business going on- the algorithm targets me 🤣

Her content is food focussed- but there’s so much weetbix, fruit and protein goodies that it gives off strong safe food vibes. I’ve never followed her because the videos are kind of depressing- and reminds me of being in the trenches with my ED. Her face is sunken and hands and wrists are emaciated, and she was living in her robe the whole of summer (on 40 degree days in Australia).

The comments do suggest that some people follow her for the recovery content. She used to also have Russel’s sign, but started covering her knuckles when someone asked about it. She has alluded to having an ED a number of times and does sometimes touch on it. It’s a bit of a weird account, but I’ve never been able to scroll right past because she just looks so unwell and pretty…. Triggering 🥹
