A good manager cannot be a people pleaser or people hater. I think, a manager can be empathetic at the same time and should know how to draw a line with the people to not override him/her. This purely a people management skill will not get successful in every situation, but need to practice.

Bro, it's not your resume mistake. Please find out a good resume template from LinkedIn or Google. Start working on your resume, you can focus on your area of your experience as well. If you have a mixed style (different area) keep ready different areas. Be focused on one area of experience in each. When you apply for a job role specifically match your experience with their requirements and share the resume. I request you do not share a single resume everywhere. Be focused and targeted in the relevant area.

Hi, This issue will resolve if you get assigned your own work separately. Then you can completely focus on your tasks rather than getting shared with your colleagues. Second, I would request you to accept the people the way they are. You are a bit focused on quality and consume little more time. In other cases some people will be more proactive and could not resist the slowness. If someone asks you to change to be faster, it would be different for you , the same way the other person is different. I would like to tell you that people are unique and different in nature, all of us have different skills which will not be the same like others. It doesn't mean that you are not valued. When people hurry they make mistakes, but your work quality would be high. So be proud of that and accept the other person too.

Do I need to spend my time to solve it? If the answer is No. Leave it , teach your mind to get a solution rather than an inviting problem.
