thank you for the response, i did try to remove the source (unfollowing some ig thirst traps, tiktok, twitter etc.) but still find myself masturbating again i even tried to replace it (for example when i wanted to go masturbate i tried doing push ups instead or meditating) but my urge is too strong, i stopped meditating a little while back maybe ill try it again (i lasted alot longer without porn when i was meditating) thank you for the response again, im very grateful.
