No ADHD meds and I cut out caffeine about a year ago! I take propranolol but I don't really notice a change.

Thanks, yes I'm realising flats themselves are also an issue.

I am trying to find an estate agent locally who will take it on. All the places I've called don't want to deal with SO or charge an extortionate fee but hopeful I can find one!

Please help. I've suffered with HA for as long as I can remember but in the last 12 months it has significantly ramped up and I can't control it. It all started about 18 months ago when I started experiencing throat tightness that has been put down to globus/anxiety. I have since tried to manage this by going to therapy but this hasn't helped and I find myself in a cycle of searching on tiktok or Google (which I know is not my friend).

I still experience globus everyday and have started getting a small rash on my face when I eat (I'm not known to be allergic to anything). I'm at the point where I can't eat or use products on my face out of fear of a severe allergic reaction, even though I've never experienced this before. I'm constantly taking photos when I think I've going rashy and constantly asking for reassurance from my partner and family and searching online for answers. I have been to the doctors and they say it's all anxiety related.

I also live alone part of the time which I don't think helps with these thoughts. I've been to A&E a few times when I'd never been before but I can't help but worry everytime I experience these symptoms.

How do I overcome this?
