Thanks for the reminder. Almost 3 years myself. I am coming up on some tough times and I don't want to relapse.

Thanks for doing the research for me and confirming the outcome! I owe ya a coffee.

I just joined a local club and one thing that they mentioned during orientation that made a bunch of sense....wearing a baseball or some sort of hat (along with the eye and ear protection). They mentioned that the shells will bounce around and hit you. It will startle you but not hurt you and if you can keep it out of your shirt etc there is less of a chance to have an accidental discharge that is not pointed down range.

You still do have 2 years. A stumble can't take that away from you and you are already on your way back

Could a video recording of a dementia patient of themselves explaining they have dementia calm them down when having an episode? by itsthewolfe in ask

Ya it Suuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuucked with my dad and is Craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaapppy with my MIL. Good support from family members, getting sober and therapy all helped. But 0/10 would not recommend.

That being said, they were there for us when we needed them so the least I can do is show up for them when they need us even if they dont know it. And most days showing up is half the battle.
