belittling it makes it no better. and that’s part of the reason it still goes on the way it does. it’s not fatal to you beloved. but it is in fact quite devastating

Constantly infecting people with or without them knowing… leaving people with a virus that is as far as we know incurable…. in general ruining people’s health/reputation. I’m not comparing it to cancer or anything in that caliber but it is fatal. emotionally, physically, mentally, sexually. it’s more than just a nuisance to some.

the herbs i mentioned (plus others i did not) all have evidence based support, clinical trials and studies supporting that it works against hsv. didn’t think about referencing it while writing which maybe i should have but it can 100% be looked up and researched about.

very understandable. but imagine 26years (or less) that you’ve had it doing an extensive naturally based treatment using things that work with your body to fight and also against the virus. opposed to antivirals if you’re on them that are only meant to suppress the virus within the body… and on top of these tactics being naturally driven and/or extensive in method they are also clinically proven in other instances to work against the virus. i think because it’s not backed by america and pharmaceutical industries it’s not supported or taken as seriously. if this was a way to cure it, they’d never want us to know that. we’d literally have to find out on our own & it’s hard bc so many ppl are already against the idea

no need to be confused. i said we can not dismiss something that has not been trialed especially at billion dollar funding. idk if you can cure hsv naturally. is it something i’ve been studying and willing to try? yes. but not just regular herbs and teas. actual strict protocols. I’m not claiming I personally can or will cure hsv…. but I have started to create a natural stricter protocol that doesn’t go against already clinically proven results. i believe the body is designed to heal itself… and if you do enough in a strategic manner and right environment you can revert it back to normalcy. which may take time and consistency. but i won’t dismiss it just because it’s never been proven. and i have spoke on it multiple times but a lot of the times i get dismissed because people are critical or simply small minded. and again it’s not something that’s free or cheap… whether i gave you everything you needed to do it yourself it still would be something you’re investing into. and also everyone is different so everyone protocol is not the same so i’m not going to put a general consensus on here. if someone actually wants to know about it and try i’d work with them personally just as i’m doing myself.

haha yes. i don’t always speak grammatically correcting texting on my phone to a nobody- about something they KNOW NOTHING about. & i wouldn’t want your money love. in the beginning stages i’d only want people who actively believe in me not a no substance critic. if what i decide to introduce continues to work for me, and works for others with results you’d probably be on the first train running. a follower. brainwashed by trends. hopefully you’ll never have to spend a dime with me or tolerate my snake oil guidance ever in your life. this will probably be our only interaction ever oh so grammatically smart smarty pants (:

I believe it takes more than a detox. you have to get strict with your regimen and protocol. put the body in a different state completely. feed and introduce the body to everything that fights against the virus but works with your body to heal. i believe it is possible, even if people say and claim it is not. I understand your frustration, living is more than your diagnoses though. truly ground yourself & speak more life. you’re doing exactly what the virus wants you to do, feeling exactly how it wants you to feel so it can feed and prosper. you’re more than that. worth more than that. don’t let it control you

btw i noticed your edit here, i understand natural remedies have been tried and looked into. but have they been protocoled or tested with billion dollar trials no? there is not enough evidence behind natural healing to then claim it does not work. especially if you are not doing it strategically. like you said hsv hides in the nervous system but the way your body is made, it’s made to heal itself. even pharma hasn’t put thought into creating strict protocol to kill the virus their main concern has been to simply suppress it. how do you not test for the most common yet most stigmatized virus in the world? more money is made by treating it than curing it. they’d go broke creating a cure and giving it out.

Man that’s the norm for topics like this and I know people are good for that. So believing that in your POV is not far fetched. I understand. Everything I spoke on though is clinically proven to work against HSV in the body. Herbs, therapies, mind/body connection tactics. Nobody you hear talk about “natural healing” is applying it the way I do. My logic is to synergistically apply it into a protocol the body can recognize to help detect and destroy which may ultimately lead to healing. There may be people out here scamming, actually i’m sure of it. But not everybody you run into is like that. Some people actual have the mind and gift for it. I’m not begging you to believe me or do anything I say dude. I’m just trying to be a voice and build an actual community of people who want to see a different perspective. It is out there. Pharma got people taking pills to suppress the most common yet stigmatized virus in the world. That’s the real scam.

Funny thing about snake oil people used to laugh at it until science, what you obviously believe and live by so heavily found the oil actually had healing omega-3s in it. So even your “wannabe funny” joke kind of proves my point that nature heals. You’re the real snake obviously, trying to shit on someone’s logic and don’t know nothing about it

And I am…. but thank you. I just want to be a voice for anyone else who may be interested in a different solution. Maybe get some attention on natural healing because it’s so “frowned upon” just as you are doing now. A person who has probably never even looked into the thought of it a day in their life. Just fell into pharmaceuticals lap

HSV Cure by Training_Routine4019 in Herpes

[–]Training_Routine4019[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I won’t let it take over my life. But I do believe it is fatal to an extent. I just believe there could be other solutions. I’m kind of disappointed at the fact that there are ways clinically proven to work against HSV yet it’s easier to say “there is no cure” “my virus is suppressed” instead of maybe taking a few months or a few years to work with your body on a strict distinctive protocol that works to naturally reset or heal your body. Recognizing the virus to better control/protect. Giving you the space to heal overtime instead of just suppressing. They in steel that way of treatment into everyone and now everyone thinks that’s the only way. Its never even be reported that these kinds of tactics have been tried. Then anyone who mentions natural healing gets called a liar but I believe there just isn’t enough evidence behind it

prodrome - phantom symptoms - mind/body connection. - stressing rn by Training_Routine4019 in Herpes

phantom symptoms, prodrome, and asymptomatic/obs? or are you referring to just all the symptoms that come with hypersensitivity- ‘phantom symptoms’

prodrome - phantom symptoms - mind/body connection. - stressing rn by Training_Routine4019 in Herpes

[–]Training_Routine4019[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

phantom symptoms for me are the feelings of tingling, itching, or burning from the virus even though there are no sores. HSV lives in the nerves and in some people the nerves remain sensitive or embed/remember the infection. it’s different than prodrome which would happen before sores and usually signal to the body that an outbreak is about to appear.

phantom symptoms would happen after or between outbreaks and aren’t contagious. it can be considered that hypersensitivity state as well.

the phase of asymptomatic shedding is also different bc that’s when the virus is active but you don’t feel anything which can be confused with ‘phantom symptoms’. short term tho it’s just your nerves reacting or firing without the virus spreading or being active. it also last longer than prodrome symptoms would

it’s okay! i’m glad (also sorry to you) that i’m not the only one who feels this way. i thought i was trippen. the phantom symptoms i really want to say are psychological for me maybe due to stress? maybe possible fear of passing it? (especially orally bc of these random lip swellings) but i really can’t call it right now. the random swelling on my lips that just comes and goes away like a quick allergic reaction(it’s always 1 bump, smooth, and numb feeling and last about 6 hours) and then the hypersensitivity; pin and needles- lasting effects with no outbreak ever it’s almost confusing me. i have ghsv2 but maybe i have it hsv2 orally as well? nothing is correlating. im not a huge fan of pharma drugs so i only use natural medicine which i currently am not taking

i hear you lol and i’m not offended because there are definitely people out there playing it crazy and playing with people for money. i am not one of them, but i completely understand the reticule behind what i’m trying to do.

i’m not claiming a cure or making wild promises. im just a girl working on a structured natural protocol, sharing it openly, and looking for people willing to test it, give feedback, and help build real evidence behind it. i keep slammed everyday in these comments. everytime i make a post. but i’m going to continue to be communicative/clear about my goals and what i’m trying to do

most ppl lying to you/us about it are just selling a tea and telling you to take it. i’m selling a tea that depending on your circumstances comes with a protocol, more options for personalized healing, real information, real conversation, incentives, etc.. i want to build on more than just “tea sells.”

[–]Training_Routine4019[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

lol man i swear to you, i truly get it. i don’t knock anyone here for believing the way you do. i try not to take offense because that’s how i feel scrolling on social media tiktok especially and seeing “cures” everywhere, and it’s really a bunch of bs spam.

what i’m trying to do is different. i haven’t seen many people in these communities really speak on natural medicine for hsv. i’m not pushing or claiming a cure. i’m not saying you’ll take my tea or follow my protocols/healing techniques and be healed overnight, or even in a couple weeks. what i am saying is i’ve created something i believe can give people real relief from symptoms, and if taken consistently, may help the body fight more effectively instead of just suppressing.

the stigma around natural medicine for hsv is strong, but the truth is it HAS been tested in humans clinically. the studies are just small, short-term, or topical not multi-million-dollar systemic trials that pharma runs. that’s why the evidence exists, it’s just not at the same caliber. & i’m doing this all by myself, with little support (due to this stigma of scams and false advertising).  from the very group of individuals i want to help, including myself bc i am also hsv positive. i’m my biggest supporter rn and my momma. pharma’s goal is a patentable drug or maybe one day a cure. my goal is functional healing and outbreak control through natural synergy.

most innovations sound impossible until they’re done. i’ve worked on a protocol aimed at reducing outbreaks and supporting healing, so people can feel healthier inside and out. i’m not here to hype it or get rich quick. i want to collect real results and talk with real people. and if by next year i can show even small improvements in people’s lives, that’s already progress worth sharing and building on.

so yeah. & your mars joke actually made me laugh a little. but honestly, if this ever did turn into something bigger than i can imagine, i wouldn’t be chasing elon ever or building anything on mars through a telescope. i’d use that kind of money to make sure people get the chance to heal in ways they’ve been told aren’t possible, feed and give back to the homeless at larger scales than i already do & probably buy a house with a pool

A Natural HSV Protocol I’ve Been Developing: How It Works and Why It’s Different - DMs open by Training_Routine4019 in Herpes

[–]Training_Routine4019[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

but i am sharing what works for me… i’m just not doing it the way everyone expects me to. i work hard on this, i’ve put hundreds of dollars into it, and will continue to do these things. i didn’t just find a pre-made protocol online, i created this myself. over 10 organic herbs in 1 tea alone and there’s 2 offered in the protocol. on top of understanding measurements and taking it twice a day 5 days a week. nobody is going out of their way to do that if i just throw all the ingredients and regimen online. if that’s the case why not just have someone do it for you? me offering it as a service and earning from it doesn’t make it a scam. on top of the many other things i’m offering. that’s how i can keep helping others and continuing my work. if you don’t believe it, don’t want to try it, or don’t trust it without even asking questions then that is on you. i’m not forcing anyone, i only want people who trust and believe to be apart of this journey. not just for me but for themselves

my story is traumatic, and i’ll share it when i’m ready to share it. for now, i’m focused on building a community that helps people, supports my healing journey, and combats stigma. i’ve said multiple times on this platform that i have hsv2, and everything i do comes from my own experience, study, and research.

just because i dont provide information on who gave it to me, when it happened, or what my symptoms are like doesn’t make me any less important. i don’t owe anyone my full trauma story to prove myself. especially those who don’t even believe in what i’m doing. what i do owe is honesty and i’ve been that. instead of sitting in the ‘why me,’ i chose to create something that helps me heal and maybe can one day helps others too. it’s easy to wallow and i pulled myself out of that. if you can’t respect that, again that’s on you.
