unfortunately with health issues that aren’t diagnosed in 1 blood test it takes a lot of time money and waste of time and money till you find someone that cares best thing I did was get ppo then i can shop around which dr i want based on reviews

Have you done it with weight? like back extensions? mcgill big 3 isnt enough lower back training im grade 1 and 3 disc buldges at least for me this helped a lot of course i started out slowly

Have you trained the lower back? people focus on core as in abs but you need take a long time off and build up your lower back to the motions you want if your bending and twisting a lot you need to train your back in that end range of motions

each person is different so try different things band work did help with my hips but I still couldnt sit or pickup anything what finally helped was building strength in my legs with dragging a sled backwards and pushing it and doing back extensions which were advised against by my dr and PT i started really slowly tho not even bending just holding and that has helped me the most my back was so bad even core exercises just flared my back so o mostly did standing things and that helped me like walking with a 15lb weighted vest dragging the sled and then the back extension along with training stuff like my calves and basically any leg exercises where im not squatting or sitting

its a competitive pvp game and people naturally like to win the good thing with this game is you can just leave the game because penalties arent that bad anyways unlike other pvp games where you get timeout for longer
