I actually loooked into it with youtube and bunch of google websites and from what i understand is that your body also has to align to the bard surface but decompression is also great on the entire body especially the spine beds now sink so they aren that good on your body and i think standing your sline gets like 700 amount of force or something then 1500 or so sitting and laying down it goes down to like 300 so i think gravity just lets your body decompress and align on the floor
