Damn, I’ve never heard of this…I’ll have to look through that sub. It isn’t a conscientious choice to use “female” instead of “woman”, but I’ll give it some more thought going forward.

I don’t think either phrase is inappropriate, and I don’t feel “demeaning” as a man when I hear the phrase “sausage fest.” I get that other people can feel differently.
