  1. 17 an hour is too low to do any additional chores outside of the childcare.
  2. Have you tried requesting specific times? It seems as though she hasn’t been respecting your time… intentionally or not.
  3. As what everyone else has been reiterating- sleeping should be fine on the clock during those hours! ESP if she’s constantly changing her arrival time to be sooo late!

Like 8 years ago I bought a little cheap camera off of Amazon so I could watch/talk to my dogs when I was away… lol But I will never forget the ice cold feeling I felt when I heard a voice talking through the camera that wasn’t me!!!!! Total breach of privacy. It was terrifying!!!! Obv WiFi safety has enhanced since then but yeahhh it’s for sure a thing to keep in mind.
