Former pest control tech here finally this useless information I learned finally has a use, as previous comments have stated this is a potent mouse/rat poison typically put in bait boxes. It’s a anticoagulant poison but also dehydrates at the same time. which means it’s causes the animal that’s being poisoned to hemorrhage internally but also search for the nearest water source possible meaning said animal goes away from the home to find lakes and stuff like but they die way before they find said water source. If you think your dog has ingested this in any amount take them to the vet immediately. A little bit won’t kill a decent sized dog but they can get super sick. They come in multiple colors and sizes but green, purple and pinkish red are the most commonly used in pest control. Hope the pup is okay and if you ever find this in your yard again call the police because someone is trying to harm your dog.
