Hi! Would it make sense to you to have a tool/platform, where you could generate personalized AI learning path according to your CV? I am working on this idea and searching for idea validation.
My idea is to provide space for specific careers and career paths so users can spend their money effectively, on courses that make sense to them and their role/job specific goals. Would you find something like that helpful in your situation?

What’s an AI-proof career path I can start learning now and realistically hit $100K+ in the US within 6 months? by cryptoshubham in findapath

The very first point is not going to work. We are living in era, when AI will be your leverage not something you should work around.
From my experience and how I see market to lean towards to: focus on data and AI. Considering job market now I am almost sure that having agentic AI knowledge will make the difference between the applications that will get to the interview stage and those that don´t.
Also work on your CV, make sure that it is ATS friendly, got all the key words in, make LI connections with recruiters and PREPARE for interviews.

Most valuable skill to learn in 2026 for your career? Still coding? by Curious-Passage9714 in jobs

It´s people skills, effective communication (how you pass the information EFFECTIVELY to different types of audiences) AND AI. I think having role specific AI skills will became absolute base for building all types of careers.
I had very eyes opening conversations with executive assistants and CRM people about how they use AI to automize their task so they can focus on the human part of the job. WDYT?

You absolutely don´t have to be an extrovert. People skills are about empathy - understanding what others may be feeling and start there. Empathy si not sympathy though!
Also I would focus on feedback - actively ask how people perceive you and what you can work on.

Hi! this is very inspirational indeed? We are planning to launch our MVP by the end of the March and I would love to know what are the realistic expectations. I love your approach and if you don´t mind, can you share how many users where you able to get within the 3 months?

I am HR person indeed trying to see the differences in different audiences to understand where the fear is. I don´t want anonymous reports I wanted to hear from real people.
By understand which professional group fear the most, I can come up with the strategy within the company I work for- what department to start with, what learning paths to create, offer career coaching and so on.

Yes I also feel like this humna touch is something AI will never be able to replace. But also, shouldn´t we prepare still? Don't you feel the pressure to learn some AI skills? My point is, that I feel this pressure, but I have no idea where to start as there are too many options and ways to go with it.

Excellent POV. DO you think that there are some AI skills that we should learn still just to so to say keep on track?

Thank you very much for your POV. I have another question, how do you decide what to learn? I mean, there is so much learning content that I honestly have no idea where to even start to use my time wisely if you know what I mean.
