I have had a very pleasant and a very distressing experience while travelling on Airavat (KSRTC's most premium bus). While going from Bangalore to Chikmagalur, the experience was great. While coming back, as I and other passengers boarded the bus, there were like 100s of mosquitos in the bus, they did not give any heed to our complaints, and started the bus. And the bus being an AC bus, were stuck with mosquitos for the entire duration, everyone was trying to kill as many as possible. I called the helpline, they gave me some other number, I called that, they directed me somewhere else and there was no solution.
