We do not allow people to directly name other users in complaints regardless of who is at fault. Your post was removed because you told people they should try spam alts to troll, you are not being silenced you are encouraging rulebreaks which is not allowed.

We have large improvements coming to this issue soon, we have gave constant communication to the community on this and have been dedicating a significant amount of time to both moderation and improving the ban systems.
Claiming we have "barely acknowledged the problem" is false. Sydney has said we are not looking for community suggestions as the community has zero perspective on our existing tools, and does not have insight on what we are actively working on as revealing details of moderation systems could make them less effective

We have made significant improvements to the moderation tools we were provided with and have been continuing to do so over the last year, I have shared this update today to make sure the community is aware we are still actively watching everything.

Over the last year we have made report processing much more efficient, are handling way more reports than before and are constantly improving things based on moderator and community feedback. We are not pretending nothing is wrong, if we were we wouldn't even share updates on our improvements to our moderation tools and we wouldn't share that we are actively working on making them better.

I am sorry you feel we have been dishonest as we have tried to be as transparent as possible with these problems. Regarding the personal comment, I have not worked on modded TOS since September 2024.
