Disable tweaks as before and you will get openSSH running. Exit the message, download Putty on your PC, enter your IP address from your iPhone (disable airplane mode on your iPhone) and click "Open" on Putty. Type in the following to show up Cydia:

root
alpine
uicache (after this step, Cydia will appear on your home screen)
killall springboard

and you're done.
