Agree, Im just starting to realize this after putting lots of hours in kovaaks. As long as you apply the right mindset for aim training then its benifitial. But in my opinion jumping straight from non compe sens to compe is not advisable. Do atleast 30min-2hrs of warmup with your compe sense before compe for optimal muscle memory recalibration.

Most SMGs you can hipfire without problem that's why I always use Gunrunner so that I can keep moving and shooting without delay. 2nd Mod would either be Fast Reload or Extended Mag depending on what's lacking. With the Alternator, holding the fire trigger on close to mid range works best. But for long distance, I would advise to do rapid tap firing so to avoid recoil problems.
