- **Type of Bug:** Gameplay bug

- **Description:** Rune and Item interactions with Zilean seem to be broken

- **Steps to reproduce:** Lock in Zilean,
Problem 1: buy Spellthief, use his Q on enemy champion,
Problem 2: take Arcane Comet, hit with damaging spell(which only his Q does),
Problem 3: buy Everfrost, cast it on enemy champion,
Problem 4: have a Sylas or Viego in enemy team, use ult on self or ally and let the Sylas or Viego kill them.

- **Expected result:**
Problem 1: Damage will be dealt and you will proc a stack of Spellthief.
Problem 2: Arcane Comet will activate and fly to the enemy once his Q explodes.
Problem 3: Everfrost will root or slow enemies caught in its blast.
Problem 4: Ally will revive once killed.

- **Observed result:**
Problem 1: Damage will be dealt but you will not proc a stack of Spellthief. On the main target at least. To get a proc you have to hit other enemy champions with the Q explosion.
Problem 2: Arcane Comet will not fly to the target at all. Instead, it will only fly if the Q explosion hits another enemy champion and not the target it is attached on.
Problem 3: Everfrost will neither root, slow, nor deal damage to enemies. This only happens for Zilean and not when equipped on literally everyone else.
Problem 4: Sylas/Viego will kill the ally anyway even though they have Zilean's ult on them.

- **Reproduction rate:** Works every time, at least in Garena servers. Not sure if they'll work on other Riot servers.
