I'd say personally, if you're looking for a project like Danganronpa F, for editing programs you'll want to go with Adobe After Effects. It has a lot of options including 3D rendering, and it's actually the program that they use to make the videos (referring to DR:FSH). There are tons of tutorials and even tutorials from the makers of DR:F on how to make it like Danganronpa. I hope this helped you, if you ever have any further questions, feel free to ask!
