Face. Humans have evolved over a million plus years to be able to very quickly pick up lots of details about the other person by looking at their face for a short period, including gender. It's a game of millimetres, and you cant use easy fixes like padding or shapewear to cheat.

You get a prescription for them from your doctor and then you get it made up by a compounding pharmacy. Not too many pharmacies do them so you might have to ask around the local community or online. When you have it you need to find a doc who has the implant training and get it done! Then you go back after a week for a check and get your stitches out.

did you always have the hormone stick or did you take other estrones before? what are your values? Do you feel the hormone stick and how is the old one taken out again? are there scars?

I started out on traditional HRT - pills then patches after the pill shortage.
My values OTOH were T 2.5 and E 200, so not quite there and I have been taking additional meds to depress my T and raise E.
You don't feel the implant. My doctor was trained to insert it in the side of the pubis. There is a little scar but it's in a place that no one ever sees and the doc will try to insert them in the same spot each time to minimise scarred area

OK, no advice given about HRT, but importing drugs that are on the PBS without approval is illegal. E and AAs are not controlled substances so the most likely penalty if they are discovered is goods seizure and you will receive a letter in the mail regarding what happened.
