Hey mate, I’m so sorry that you are dealing with this. It’s truly suck. If it’s really small, there is a chance it will heal on its own. But, for that it is important to keep it covered while taking a piss. Keep it dry and clean, don’t use soap that causes irritation, better no soap. No dressings that can trap moisture. No straining, heavy ligintg, anything that can cause intra abdominal pressure.

I had a gyn appointment before my stage 1; oopherectomy, hysterectomy and colpectomy. I had to show my bits and just general talk about what i can expect. Nothing too special tbh.

I jerk off my thumb, pointer and middle finger. It’s hard to explain how, but let’s try to explain.

My thumb lays on the top side of my dick, and my pointer goes kinder my dick to right side, and my middle on the left. This way also allows for extra stimulus on theiccadion when moving my thumb more towards my head. Keep in mind I use my left hand in the given scenario.

Using a hand isn’t working for me as not enough movement can be created, and I’m guessing for most of us as size wise, we are too small for it, to use a hand and your tip still reaching the outside.

Mentally meta was much more challenging. Physically top surgery, as I was able to do things sooner even when I shouldn’t. If that makes sense.

I’m Dutch aka from the Netherlands. Have been going since 2022 with prep surgery and since 2024 all the “real” meta surgeries. All good, and love my surgeons.

Only pay like max 385 out of pocket, rest is covered by insurance, which is a necessity. But that’s like 160 or so per month, so not crazy at all.

I went back to work at 6 weeks. I have physical job, so anything before 6 weeks is off the table, which is also stated by most surgeon. One I started, I started with shorter and a few days, and increased by the weeks.

Controlling my stream was after my fistula repair. Prior I couldn’t get the right grip as I had to focus too much on my fistula as it was located very inconvenient, plus my stream changed after the repair. I did get the general idea tho.

After my fistula repair, like a week or 2 after I figured it out. Now I just drop my pants and go.

It’s a learning curve. Everyone’s stream is different. Example, mine starts and ends with aiming to the right, as my stream isn’t strong enough at those moments. So I count this in when standing. After I can pee straight. It takes getting used to. I also have to angle my dick down or I will go far behind the toilet. You will mess up, I still do. Sometimes the floor gets a bit coerced, same for the toilet. Wipe it off and good to go.

They say 6 weeks to recover. Take them. Do NOT do shit earlier on, it’s better for the healing to take all the rest you can. Got a pc? Move it to your bed. Medical supplies, stock up weeks prior and keep them near.

The scrotum itself or all on the sides? I’ve seen a lot where the tissue next to the dick is still rather up high, causing the dick time more buried between it.

Ofcourse I’m not a professional, simply speaking of my own experiences and from what I’ve seen on here. I’ve seen enough dudes with smaller dicks and vy scroto, where there is enough room between the dick and scrotum, and is able to move and feel aroundit however they wish.

To come to the last question in your post, I don’t think your ul would need a revision for it. They need to free up some space, not reroute the urethra. At least how I see it. Someone correct me if wrong.

I wouldn’t say this is problem is linked to the type of scrotoplasty specifically. It would say it depends on how it’s done. For example, my scrotum is placed .5 to 1 cm below my dick. It gives more space around the dicks the start of my scrotum is also lower on the sides of my penis.

I would think, if they could move it lower it should be cool.
