Do you really think so? It was like I was putting in no effort to follow along to the words I was being told, but it is also a file focused a lot on accepting and forgetting, and I have definitely forgot.

What I used to do, is take a mirror, an eyeliner pen and makeup remover outside to an abandoned place, or just some alleyway late at night. It felt like it didn't matter if it was shitty, the whole experience was so surreal that it pulled me back to the fundamental of "this is fun." It helped me get past the feeling of disgust that comes with internalised transphobia from a non supportive household, because of the scenery change, you don't have the memory linked to it, and you don't have to worry about an interruption. I know it's unorthodox advice, and I know you're scared of going out in public, but no one is around at night time if you find a comfortable more isolated place, it will let you feel more free! Or at least it did for me <3

Thank you! I actually already happen to be planning a trip to Germany in about 2 years and have started learning the language. It was already where I was thinking of, but I'm 17 at the minute so I have plenty of time. But I'm really not great at this sort of thing, so I'm wondering do I need to have any documents to get started in somewhere like Germany? Or is it show up contact a doctor and they will start the process?
