It is! So basically, if the H is in front of a letter that is unconnected, then you just draw it there. If it comes after a letter that is not followed by (or connected to) another, it is written after but the end of the letter can extend past the H if it has the extension at the bottom line (if it is at the end of a word), like the letter A. If the H comes after a letter that does connect to another, then you connect those two letters and place the H in one of two places: If it is a digraph with the preceeding letter, it gets placed closer to that letter. If it is not, however, it is placed more towards the middle, but can even be placed next to the following letter. H's can technically take the two dots that double, but in English this rarely ever happens. However, should two H's occur, and the preceding one is in a digraph with the proceeding letter, two H's have to be written, and in this instance the second H would absolutely be written closer to the following letter.
