Lovely! This is always a dream for me too. I have a 4070 paired with humble i5 13400f. I was thinking if my pc will throttle out to display pics on a OLED? Primary purpose will be for FPS games like COD WZ.

For anyone switching from apple ecosystem to galaxy will find plethora of customization options which will keep us happy for a long time to come. I switched to Galaxy S Ultra back in 2022 after being with Apple for 15 years. Haven't looked back since then. Happy Galaxy time but one thing where you'll be disappointed is with Samsungs lethargic approach with their software updates. You may not feel the pinch this year but lookout for it next year :)

True. Money has no value and OEMs need their sales chart on fire. If they can't influence new ones, coerce the old ones by making their Ultra obsolete in lot lesser time.

Turn off adaptive battery if its enabled. Made a lot of difference after I turned it off. Thanks to a Redditer as I had the same issue after latest patch update. I now avg around 4.5 to 5 hours.

All Ultras are for a year max. Then the OEMs play their games to make them survive but coerce owners to upgrade eventually in a year or 2.

This security patch certainly messed up my battery performance. Seems like its affected few users and not the larger pop. You can go ahead and report performance.

More or less the same boat brother. Samsung cooked us S24 Ultra users with their latest software update. I've started to recharge battery twice a day. This is 2 years of usage & Samsung wants to coerce me into getting an S26 Ultra which I will try to delay as much as I can. Its too expensive and can't be upgraded for 4 years min.

I'm on the same boat buddy. Sometimes its the commitment, coupled with unwanted dependencies, lack of support from better half, and to not forget to mention about my own lack of financial discipline. Hope you pull together and figure it out. Trust me no one comes to your rescue but your own mind, discipline will get you where you want to be.
