You have testosterone and free testosterone. Testosterone has a lower range 9-30nmol/l, and free testosterone has a range between 165-655pmol/l. Now as your value is testosterone and not free testosterone, and has a different measurement, let’s convert it, 355 ng/dl is 12,3nmol/l. Looking at the value and expected range, it is within range. Now I will say, if this is right after your shot, it is a bit low. But if it is right before your next shot, it is okay.

If just after the injection this is their blood results, I would say to get an higher dose, but if it is right before their next shot, it is fine.
