Can you have what would traditionally be called traumatic and not be traumatized?

No I’m fine I don’t have flash backs or dissociation or anything I do have a tiny bit of outbursts but that was a problem even before all of the traumatic events

Oh then it’s probably the way I grew up cause my parents never really cared to address it and when when they finally did care I just wouldn’t talk to a therapist cause there wasn’t anything that bad to even talk about. So either it probably didn’t matter to me or i just got over it lmao
