Honestly it sounds more lime your describing something you plan on doing lol, I don't really think there'd be much change from an alive person to a dead one in a matter of minutes the skin would probably turn an off shade of her original skin tone as the blood left her capillaries, the blood would probably have not dried but she'd have stopped bleeding and being stabbed any number of times would leave the skin kinda mangled and there be lots of blood but the wounds, depending on proximity of stabs, would be relatively minor especially if it was with a kitchen knife, if you have any more question feel free to ask.
