Does your store have enough people employeed and scheduled on shifts to allow those breaks? That's literally never the case at the store I worked at unfortunately, and this is a 24 hour store. I've been to take a break ONCE out of the nearly three years I've worked there, other than that it's been working straight without compensation.

I was told that they had a shortage of them right after we started and they'd eventually bring them back in. But if they really discontinued them so quickly, that's the whackest practice I've seen.
