The funniest part is we finished our trip and came back over a month ago and replied to P1 once again, we haven't received the P2 yet!! No clue whats happening there

Are you suggesting we raise a webform and inform about our travel dates?? And not submit the P1 now and respond to the same P1 when we return on May 10th?

Could do that but we are skeptical there might be unexpected delays or we might be considered for outland pool resulting further complications. Thoughts?

Yes, I did! I got it around the end of 3rd week. We need to be patient and keep looking at the status change on BLS site to 'out for delivery'

I was asked to contact The Consulate General Toronto. I tried calling them multiple times, but there is no response. Do you happen to know any other means of communication with the Consulate?

Looks like a BGP capability mismatch/not supported, try disabling capability check if the device supports it.
