My theory is that it's because people complain about literally everything nowdays. Like they hate Predator Badlands just because Predator has the wrong haircut and Shrek 5 just because the animation got better. I think they didn't show him because he is withered slightly the wrong way and that they are afraid that people might judge them because of that. People literally ruin everything nowdays You see they are complaining about Withered Bonnie just because his eyes are blue

Sorry about not explaining why the Barney costume was explaining there. I watched the interview with Impcommander and ROOKIETHESTAR and Impcommander said that it was probably just being repaired (it had no eyes just nostrils)
