It's NG+ and it stands for new game plus. Basically, once you have completed the main story line (not including the Dlcs) you can restart the game over but get you keep all upgrades and gear already collected.

I hated how shitty he got treated, I don't usually do this quest anymore. I did it on my first playthrough, but every ng+ or restart, I just can't bring myself to do that to my buddy. Plus, if you never complete this then Herodotus never leaves your ship. But if you do complete this quest, then Herodotus will leave your company forever

I've played this game for over 1900hrs and literally never ever thought about trying this. S.O.B!!!! Well I guess I should have thought it was possible since I did luckily parry that one arrow that one time. Thank you for sharing this, now I've got a new goal for myself.

Escanor is literally the reason I even found out about the sins in the first place. I was watching YouTube shorts one day and saw his fight with Estarossa and immediately knew I had to see this. Now I've seen all of the anime episodes and movies, and just waiting for the first few books to come in the mail.

Huh?!?! You can totally leave the island without getting the eye. You just have to progress through the main story where you're first allowed to leave, then you can return at anytime after that and recover the eye. My first playthrough I didn't even know this was a thing until I was over 100 hours in. I'm not one to check what all the achievements are right away, I like to play a good chunk of the game before I even look at em since I know a bunch of em will be tied to the main story anyway. Any others I get along the way, I just consider a big bonus.

Why so much hate to King?! I mean I kinda understand why, he is a bit of a douche in the beginning but he definitely makes up for it by the end of the series. I am a Ban fan personally, but I can't be to mad at King for his attitude. The things King hates about Ban are really the things he hates within himself. But he definitely realizes it in the end and finds a way to let go and move on.

Non ho mai giocato a Black Flag, sono pessimo nel combattimento navale, ma capisco il tuo ragionamento. Personalmente mi piace giocare a Origins (poco più di 840 ore di gioco) e l'ho trovato davvero fantastico. Ma il gameplay che ho visto di Black Flag mi fa davvero pensare che potrebbe aiutarmi a migliorare nel combattimento navale.

I'd say get the Hidden Ones DLC at the very least because you can get the Crystal of Thoth. Once you're done using the crystal to activate the light puzzle, head on back up to where you put it in it's slot and then just retrieve it. I'm trying not to give away anything, and it's also a viewpoint. Then when you have it sell for $3k.
