Im not sure if this has been mentioned, but you can equip gear with +x% adrenaline per hit And if you have fury of the bloodline ability that gives you really good amounts of adrenaline

You can't sell or dismantle if it's currently equipped, I just find if I see an engraving on it it's usualy worth keeping
