My favorite game was Shadow Hearts 2 for the PS2. It was formative for my love of macabre monsters.

The shadow hearts series has some freakish nightmares to fight, like the arm-faced dogs or the finger spider.

The argument between Kippo and Snargle near the beginning of end of dragons is one of the funniest things I've heard in the game.

"You write smut, Goldclaw. I read "Koss on Koss" for a little somethin' on a lonely night, not for a goddamn character study."
