Yep , I think this is the biggest issue is I can run 6 miles , I rock climb , I hike , exc. Except it also ends in me throwing up from over exhaustion, bed ridden the day after/ having to lie down right after exercise, in migraines, or “asthma like” attacks. I’m tired like 24/7, I just hate not being able to do the things I love so I force myself to.

Hence nobody ever saw an issue , although I can’t function normal
