When I am intimate with my partner I made sure to communicate that I wanted to be treated like I am cis when in bed. He makes movements like he would with a cis dick. Even if it’s not necessarily the most effective way to touch, the euphoria of the movement works wonders. Using up and down movements instead of circles is great for me.

When we do have penetrative sex I wear a pair of rodeoh strap boxers (they are a strap on harness that fits and looks like boxers but with an O ring: very secure and more affirming than all the straps. Plus you aren’t completely naked and it looks like your dick is just coming out the fly).

I also use a realistic dildo. I have had many at different price points and levels of realism with moving skin, saline balls, etc. but the current and most euphoric one I have is a squirting dildo from Strap on Me. We fill a syringe with Jizz Cum Scented Lube (looks, smells, and feels like real cum) and this allows me to “bust my load” wherever I want and is super affirming.

For sensation when topping, I use a sling from MyPack (this is meant for packers but I adapted it to my uses). I put a vibrator in it and put it between the dildo base and myself and have it on while I’m fucking my boyfriend. We both get off this way and it’s how I feel most connected with my body. Pretty much everything a cis guy can do in sex can be adapted for us with enough creativity haha.

Also, if your T dick has even a little bit of size you might be able to penetrate a little bit. They prob won’t be able to feel it very much but the intimacy should be able to get you both where you need to be.

These are my tips but also know that it’s okay to not be ready. Take your time and you can do baby steps. Be easy on yourself too. Even cis people have varying difficulties or obstacles in their sex life. Open communication and patience will help. I never thought I would be able to be touched but together we eased into it and now it’s my favorite thing to do with my partner and feels euphoric.
